CALIFORNIA
STATE LAW STIPULATES THAT the Renter is responsible
for all damage to or theft of the rental vehicle. It
is advised that you check with you personal insurance
carrier to assess whether or not your coverage for
either Liability, Comprehensive or Collision damage
(theft or collision) extends to a "Rental
Motorcycle in California". If your personal
insurance does not cover the rental motorcycle, then
it is suggested that you purchase a Loss
Damage Waiver (LDW). Please note: Your credit card
company will NOT cover recreational vehicles
(motorcycles) for theft or damage.

miles per day.
There is a 25-cent charge for every mile thereafter.

Rental and all applicable taxes. Complimentary transportation to and from L.A.X. or a
local area hotel is included. We are located just 10
minutes from L.A.X. International Airport. Free
unlimited mileage on select models. Genuine
Harley-Davidson® leather jackets, D.O.T. approved half
shell, 3/4 shell, or full face helmet (two per bike upon
request), Padlock and/or cable lock, saddlebags upon
request unless already equipped, tool kit upon request.
All motorcycle renters are required to be minimum 21
years of age with two years of riding experience on a
600cc or larger motorcycle and must have in their
possession a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle
endorsement from country or state of permanent
residence. All passengers must be 18 years of age
or older.
A non-refundable $50.00 down payment is required at time
of reservation, with the balance of the rental due at
time of motorcycle pick up. Rental reservations of
seven (7) days or more require a non-refundable $200.00
down payment. In cases of timely cancellation,
down payment may be applied toward future rental.
A $2,500.00 credit card security deposit is required for
all models except Sportsters ($1500.00 deposit
required). However, if renter chooses not to
purchase an optional Loss Damage Waiver, renter or
renter’s personal insurance is responsible for the
total retail value of rented motorcycle up to
$25,000.00. Security deposits will be authorized at time
of pick-up and refunded at time of drop-off provided
that the motorcycle is returned in the same condition it
was in when rented excluding reasonable wear.
Loss Damage Waiver (L.D.W.): A Loss Damage Waiver is not
insurance. It is an optional package that may be
purchased for an additional $15.00, $20.00, or $30.00
per day. This may reduce the amount of security
deposit to as low as $1,500.00 for damage and $2,000.00
for theft. (L.D.W. may not be available for theft
coverage on certain models) Please

Custom one way: Pick up and drop off
locations may be available, such as L.A. to San
Francisco, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, etc. Special quote
is required.
Secure parking: We have a secure location for you
to keep your vehicle while you are out riding our
Harleys.
Hours of operation: We are open seven days a
week. Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM,
Sunday and Monday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Your responsibility for Theft or Damage is for the full
value of the rental vehicle
FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE A LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER MAY COVER
YOUR FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE OR LOSS OF
THE RENTAL VEHICLE

Waiver (L.D.W.)
LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT
INSURANCE.
LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER IS OPTIONAL AND IS NOT MANADATORY TO
RENT A VEHICLE.
Renter
is responsible for all damage to or theft of the rental
vehicle up to the amount of his/her chosen out-of-pocket
responsibility (L.D.W.) plan.
1. The renter may reduce his/her out-of-pocket
responsibility to $3,000 for Theft and $2,500.00 for
Damage to the rental vehicle for only $15 per day.
2. The renter may reduce his/her out-of-pocket
responsibility to $2,500 for Theft and $2,000 for Damage
to the rental vehicle for only $20 per day.
3. The renter may reduce his/her out-of-pocket
responsibility to $2,000 for Theft and $1,500 for Damage
to the rental vehicle for only $30 per day.
* If renter chooses NO Loss Damage Waiver, then renter
will be responsible for ALL Damage costs. If
Motorcycle is stolen from Renter, Renter will be
responsible for FULL Retail Cost of Motorcycle.
Renter may want to consult with his/her insurance
company or agent to verify whether or not their personal
insurance policy will cover the rental vehicle.

Supplemental Liability
Insurance Coverage (SLI)
Protects renter against
claims made by a third party [up to $1,000,000.00 (One
Million Dollars)] for bodily injury and/or property
damage sustained as a result of an accident while the
renter is operating the rental vehicle. Only
$12.95 per day
Personal Property
Coverage (P.P.C.) and Personal Accident Coverage (P.A.C.)
Protects against damage to personal effects,
such as; cameras leather jackets (not rental jacket),
etc. up to $1,500.00
Also included in this policy is Personal
Accident Coverage, which gives a $50,000.00 rider and
$25,000.00 passenger death benefit as well as $2,500.00
rider and $2,500.00 passenger medical expenses.
