A Gondola Cruise is the most
romantic way to ask her to marry you...we'll do "Message in a Bottle" for
you at no charge....just slip us your message ahead of time... your
gondolier will place the bottle into the water, turn the boat around so the
bottle is on the lady's side, and make up a story, asking her to pick up the
bottle. And the rest is up to you!
We even have a little bell
ringing ceremony when you arrive back at the dock....to the cheers and
applause of everyone on the waterfront!
Then, we'll take an extra
photo of you for our "Wall of Proposals" and this website.

What to Bring
You may bring your own favorite bottle of wine! We have ice
buckets, wine holders, openers. Bring a jacket in the winter (we provide
warm blankets). We provide beautiful romantic Italian music!

also email us with your telephone number & tell us the best time to call
you. (We don't want to ruin any surprises). We do not make reservations
over the internet, as we need a valid credit card to hold your reservation!

Directions
Exit the 405 freeway onto the 55 freeway South, (this
becomes Newport Blvd.). Go approx. 2 miles from end of freeway.
First light after bridge, turn left on Via Lido. 1st left turn lane will put
you into the parking structure for Lido Marina Village. We are on Via Oporto
(red brick street), right from the parking garage, 3400 Via Oporto, Suite
103, corner of Via Lido & Via Oporto. When driving P. C. H. exit Newport
Blvd./Balboa Peninsula then follow the directions above.
Cancellation Policy
The Gondola Co. of Newport requires 24 hours advance notice
for all cancellations. All reservations are held with a valid credit card
number. If you do not cancel, a $85.00 charge will be made to your credit
card.
All cruises subject to weather conditions
Use the
valuable coupon to enjoy one hour gondola
cruise for two to six people at $5.50 off per person. Just mention "CalAdventure"
